The resort is located adjacent to Merlion tower near Beach View and Cable Car Road., a little distance from Siloso Road in the island of Sentosa on the southern tip of Singapore.

Sentosa, meaning tranquility in Malay, is a popular island resort in Singapore visited by almost 2 million people each year. The island covering 5 square kilometers is just half a kilometer south of Singapore. Most of the island is covered by rainforest.

The island can be reached from the main island of Singapore by an elevated roadway or by cable cars. The Sentosa Express monorail also has 4 stations in the island. Within the island there are 4 bus services differentiated by colors and also a tram service called the Beach Train. If you wish you can travel there by car.

There are various interesting places to visit near the resort. The Sentosa Merlion stands adjacent to the resort providing an awesome view for the travelers. The 12 storey high statue can be entered through ground floor. A lift takes you up to the 12th floor where you can have a spectacular view of the city state.

A musical fountain is located nearby which throws laser on water particles to create a 3-dimensional image. Also nearby is the Carlsberg Sky Tower which is the tallest free standing observation tower of Asia. A cabin holding 72 visitors start from the ground level and slowly revolve while it rises all the way to the top of the 110 meters column.

The Underwater World stands a kilometer away from Sijori Resort Sentosa Singapore. This underground oceanarium has 2,500 marine creatures belonging to 250 species, including coral reef, stingrays, moray eels, turtles, and sharks.

The Sentosa Football field is nearby.
